We offer Air Freight for speed, Sea Freight for larger/heavier shipments (Currently suspended), and Ground Transportation for deliveries.

Currently, our ground delivery and flexible pickup services are specialized for Montego Bay and will soon to expand to other areas.

Air Freight: 3–5 business days after arriving at our Florida warehouse. Sea Freight: 10–14 business days after arriving at our Florida warehouse. (currently suspended) Ground Delivery: 24–48 hours once the item has cleared Jamaica Customs.

Yes. Packages with a declared value of $100 USD or greater are subject to customs charges. Please note that these are estimated fees, and final costs may vary based on specific regulatory factors. It is important to note that once the $100 USD threshold is reached, customs duties are applied to the total value of the package, not just the amount exceeding the limit.

We require upfront payment or payment at the time of delivery. Packages will not be released until all freight and customs charges are cleared.

In addition to freight, there are standard processing and handling fees. Items left uncollected for more than 7 days will incur a storage fee of $250 JMD per day.

Jamaica Customs requires a commercial invoice to verify the value of your goods. Without an invoice, your package will be delayed, and Customs may apply their own (often higher) valuation.

We do not accept "Restricted Items" such as firearms, ammunition, explosives, illegal drugs, or hazardous chemicals. Please refer to the Jamaica Customs Prohibited List before ordering.
